2. We assess your body’s kinesiology with our Functional Kinetic Assessment. This allows us to design a program that’s perfect for your body. This means you don’t feel sore for a week after you workout, you don’t feel run down after a workout is finished, and you don’t have to worry about injuries.

3. We assess and coach you through all aspects of your path to weight loss. We work on improving your hormones, digestion, sleep patterns, diet, and every other aspect that has an impact your ability to lose weight. This means you don’t have to worry about any hidden barriers stopping you from melting the inches of fat of your body.

4. We treat you as an individual. Yes some general principles apply to everyone. But you have a different work schedule, lifestyle, philosophy, metabolism and body then every other client we coach.
